This appointment scheduling service (“Service”) is provided by TimeTrade Systems, Inc. (“TimeTrade”) to individuals and organizations (“Subscribers”). TimeTrade knows that you care about how your personal information is used and shared. We have created this privacy statement (“Privacy Statement”) to demonstrate our commitment to privacy.


By scheduling appointments using this service, you are accepting the practices outlined in this Statement.

What does this privacy policy cover?

This privacy policy describes how TimeTrade collects and uses the personally identifiable information that you provide during the process of scheduling, rescheduling and cancelling appointments using our Service. It also describes the choices available to you regarding use of your personally identifiable information and the steps you can take to access this information and to request that we correct or delete it.


This Privacy Statement does not apply to TimeTrade’s Subscribers’ use of your personally identifiable information, including Subscribers’ use in connection with their marketing campaigns and other promotional activities.

Our Subscribers may have configured this Service to link to other websites on the Internet. Also, other websites may contain links to this Service. These other websites are not under TimeTrade’s control, and such links do not constitute an endorsement by TimeTrade of those other websites or the services offered through them. The privacy and security practices of these other web sites are not covered by this Statement, and TimeTrade is not responsible for the privacy or security practices or the content of such websites.

What information do we collect?

TimeTrade collects certain personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”), including your name, email address, phone number, type of appointment, and time of your appointment and other questions you may answer related to the appointment.


TimeTrade, or our TimeTrade’s Subscribers, may also collect usage information. We TimeTrade may use cookies to collect information such as the numbers and frequency of people using the TimeTrade service or frequency of visits to specific pages. This data is used in aggregate to provide research, advice and information, including, without limitation, for benchmarking purposes (e.g. we may publish an industry white paper that uses data collected through the use of our Service). This type of aggregate data also enables us to determine how often customers use parts of our Service so we can make the Service appealing to as many Subscribers as possible. In addition, TimeTrade may provide statistical information to our Subscribers on how often people use our Service, so that they, too, may provide you with an optimal experience.

Disclosure of your Personal Information

TimeTrade uses your Personal Information to send you electronic confirmations (e.g.; email, SMS, direct personal calendar connectivity) and reminders for your appointments. TimeTrade includes all the Personal Information you provided, along with other appointment information, in these electronic messages.


TimeTrade shares your Personal Information only with the Subscriber with whom you have scheduled an appointment.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection

TimeTrade’s services are not designed for or directed to children under the age of 13, and we will not intentionally collect or maintain information about anyone under the age of 13. If you believe that we have mistakenly or unintentionally collected such information, please notify us at support@timetrade.com so that we may immediately delete the information from our servers.

Security of your information

TimeTrade is committed to using commercially reasonable industry practices regarding security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of the Personal Information in our possession. We use various security measures to protect the Personal Information we collect, including encryption, firewalls, and access controls. We store information you provide to us on a computer system located in a controlled facility with a limited access. All information you provide during the appointment scheduling process is encrypted during transmission. TimeTrade databases containing Personal Information are accessible only by authorized TimeTrade employees, contractors and agents on a need to know basis and who have entered into and are bound by a confidentiality and nondisclosure agreement with TimeTrade.

Right to access your personal information

If you believe that any Personal Information we have about you is incorrect, or is, has been, or might be used inappropriately, please contact us at support@timetrade.com. We will take steps to correct or delete the information, or restrict its use, as appropriate.

Verification

TimeTrade utilizes the self-assessment approach to assure its compliance with this Privacy Statement. TimeTrade regularly verifies that this Privacy Statement is accurate, comprehensive, prominently displayed, completely implemented.


TimeTrade conducts its self-assessment on an annual basis to ensure that all relevant privacy practices are being followed. Appropriate employee training is in place and internal procedures for periodically conducting objective reviews of compliance are in place. A statement verifying this self-assessment is signed by a corporate officer or other authorized representative at least once a year.

Safe harbor

TimeTrade adheres to the Safe Harbor Privacy Principles published by US Department of Commerce ("Safe Harbor Principles") with respect to personally identifiable information that we receive from users of our Service in the European Economic Area. TimeTrade complies with the U.S.-EU Safe Harbor Frameworks regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information from European Union member countries. We will investigate the matter and are committed to resolve any privacy concerns that you may have. If your inquiry has not been satisfactorily addressed and you are a located in the EU, you may contact the American Arbitration Association, elected as our Dispute Resolution agent in our Safe Harbor self-certification.

Changes

TimeTrade may change this Privacy Statement from time to time by posting a new Privacy Statement on its website. You should check our website to see recent changes. We will not materially change the privacy policies and practices described in this Privacy Statement, to make them materially less protective of personal information collected in the past, without your prior consent.
