TimeTrade collects certain personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”), including your name, email address, phone number, type of appointment, and time of your appointment and other questions you may answer related to the appointment.
TimeTrade uses your Personal Information to send you electronic confirmations (e.g.; email, SMS, direct personal calendar connectivity) and reminders for your appointments. TimeTrade includes all the Personal Information you provided, along with other appointment information, in these electronic messages.
TimeTrade shares your Personal Information only with the Subscriber with whom you have scheduled an appointment.
TimeTrade’s services are not designed for or directed to children under the age of 13, and we will not intentionally collect or maintain information about anyone under the age of 13. If you believe that we have mistakenly or unintentionally collected such information, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may immediately delete the information from our servers.
TimeTrade is committed to using commercially reasonable industry practices regarding security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of the Personal Information in our possession. We store information you provide to us on a computer system located in a controlled facility with a limited access. All information you provide during the appointment scheduling process is encrypted during transmission. TimeTrade databases containing Personal Information are accessible only by authorized TimeTrade employees, contractors and agents on a need to know basis and who have entered into and are bound by a confidentiality and nondisclosure agreement with TimeTrade.
